- 6:30-8:30 Breakfast
- BUS LOADING LOCATION: TBD at Q2018 – Check back for updates.
- 7:30-9:30 Bus open for loading (Both upper and lower open). Please load suitcases in the center of the bus.
- YOU MUST LOAD THE BUS between 7:30-9:30. DO NOT WAIT until noon.
- Checkout: give your keys to your district contact/coordinator
- Field A and B Finals 8:30, 9:00, 9:30 and 10:00 (if necessary, 10:30)
- 11-Noon Closing Ceremony
- THE BUS WILL LEAVE IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE CLOSING AWARDS
- Lunch/Supper stops will be scheduled in the afternoon.
